They are being asked blatantly not to do something, and are opting ultimately to ignore that request that they take the time and deal with Homestuck merchandise sales efficiently at the request of the creator.

This Gonzo-person is apparently simultaneously speaking as/not representative of Animazement Staff. Or please, reblog and pass this on, or if you know a way that we may contact someone in power at WhatPumpkin to step in and defend the situation, please let us know. I am very uncomfortable with the way the Con Staff is handling the issue at hand and feel this is a matter best defended by Hussie/the WhatPumpkin Team.
guess what guys, all he is saying is that he’s not sure they could ban ONE fandom in the artists alley without banning x, y, z fandoms as well. As a person who loves homestuck, I UNDERSTAND WHAT HE’S SAYING.
Maybe you should be asking him why he can’t put in a provision in the Artist Alley signups that bans Homestuck merchandise instead of repeating the same crap back at him.

I am surprised about the cosplays I heard that were there. I know a lot of cosplayers so I wasn’t surprised with some, but the FFXIII - 2 ones I heard were a nice surprise.
